Design and Preconstruction contracts awarded to ActivUs consortium.

ActivUs, with the Department of Transport and Main Roads and Queensland Rail, will form the LGC Rail Alliance to deliver the LGC Rail package. The LGC Rail Alliance is progressing with design activities, further construction planning and additional site investigations.

The community and key stakeholders will be re-engaged to seek feedback on the design and provide an update on future project activities.

This announcement follows the September 2024 award of the Open Level Crossing Removal package to Bielby Hull Joint Venture(JV) and the related Loganlea Station Relocation(LSR) package to the Martinus Degnan JV.
