There is a new building going up in Manila Street in Beenleigh.
It started like this

And  then this

Then this

And now this

The construction company is Woollam, the oldest privately owned construction company in Australia. It was founded in 1884. That's before you were born.
It is a Queensland company with head quarters in East Brisbane.
Amongst its successful projects are hospitals, schools, universities, regional airports, retirement villages, sports stadiums, showgrounds art galleries, aged care facilities and car parks.
Depending on the projects it has underway it employs up to 1000 people.
This building is a hostel for temporary accommodation for homeless people and has been commissioned by Anglicare Southern Queensland.
