A select group of Local golfing talents will putt their stuff on the greens in the Queensland PGA Associate Championship this week, on the back of exciting news that the event will call Windaroo Lakes Golf Club home until 2027.

After 6 years of the event being held at Windaroo Lakes, a new 3-year extension deal was struck on the eve of the 2024 event, which began Sunday 20 October with a pro-am and culminates with a final round on Thursday 24 October.

The new deal is welcome news for a group of top local golfers – Yevin Samararatne, Tiger Boontang and Kai Oide from Mt Warren Park Golf Club

Organisers expect more than 250 attendees, including players, spectators and industry officials from around the country.
